PT. Aplikasi Nusantara provides software development, web and mobile applications, cloud computing solutions, artificial intelligence, business applications, and other information technology services as described on the Services page.

For custom development projects, ownership of intellectual property rights over the work product will be governed separately in a work agreement (contract) between PT. Aplikasi Nusantara and the client.
The scope of work, timeline, and payment terms for each project will be agreed in writing through a separate proposal or work contract before work begins. Changes to scope beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges that will be communicated in advance.
PT. Aplikasi Nusantara strives to provide services of the best quality, but does not guarantee that services will always be free from disruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if there is a violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation, or if necessary, through the competent court in the West Jakarta jurisdiction.
